Warranty Info

Krypton offers a one (1) year limited warranty on all products sold and fully guarantees against defects in materials or workmanship. Only products purchased from and registered with www.krypton.com are eligible for warranty. Our guarantee does not cover product damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear or misuse/abuse of the product. Krypton will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of this product.

If you did NOT purchase your Krypton product from this website and you wish to return it, you must contact the retail outlet or reseller where the original purchase was made. The warranty policy defaults to the policy at the retailer with whom you purchased the item(s).

Krypton cannot accept returns of products purchased through a reseller or distributor.

 

Cleaning

“You say your Screen Armor Products are ‘reusable’ and ‘washable’. That’s great, but how do I wash it?”
Our Screen Armor products are in fact washable and reusable. Much better than one time screen guards that get dirty and then become useless. Here’s some recommended steps to clean your Screen Armor products.
  1. Remove your Screen Armor from your iPhone and run it under water (“it” being your Screen Armor in this case, not your iPhone…we don’t want anybody putting their iPhones in the sink)
  2. Clean your iPhone screen thoroughly with the microfiber wipe provided in your Screen Armor package
  3. Wash your Screen Armor with water (and soap if you’d like)
  4. Dry off thoroughly and you're good to go.

TIP: When drying your Screen Armor, use computer paper rather than paper towels. Paper towels tend to leave fibers on your screen armor defeating the whole purpose of washing it in the first place.

 

“Grrrr, I can’t get my Screen Armor clean and there’s tons of “air pockets” making my iPhone look crummy. What can I do?”
OK, take a deep breath and relax. We know how frustrating those little fibers and air pockets can be. Just clean your Screen Armor and your iPhone Screen thoroughly as per the directions in the answer above and you should be all set to go. No need for a “clean room” or anything like that, just a little TLC should do the trick.

“Hey! What’s the deal, my Screen Armor makes my iPhone super blurry. What’s wrong?”
There could be a few things going on here.
  1. Your Screen Armor or your iPhone could be dirty. If that’s the case, please refer to or cleaning instructions above
  2. There may be a protective film over your Screen Armor. In order to protect your Screen Armor during shipping, we protect it by placing a very thin piece of plastic on the back (and the front if you have a Privacy Screen). Be sure the piece/s of plastic are removed (if the stickers provided on the product don’t pull them off, you can use your finger nail or a push pin).

Return Policy

We hate to see our customers dissatisfied, but we would hate it even more if you never came back and told all your friends that we’re jerks. Thus, Krypton offers a generous and simple return policy that ensures your satisfaction and will help earn your business again in the future.

You may return any item(s) purchased from this web site for any reason within the first thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. Any orders returned and received after 30 days from the delivery date are subject to exchange only. We will gladly exchange your product or give you a full refund (excluding the shipping cost), whichever you prefer. We do not charge re-stocking fees. Your only cost for returning the item(s) is the cost of shipping it back to us. Products that have been personalized may not be returned or exchanged.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Any packages returned without an RMA # are subject to being returned to sender. Krypton is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. We recommend you insure all returns.

The returned merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging and returned in the same condition as when sold to you, including all packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation. The returned item(s) must be repackaged properly so that it is not damaged during shipping.

Krypton will at its discretion replace the unit and ship it to you postage paid. If your product is defective, please contact our Customer Service Department, and we will be glad to help you. Refunds are for www.kryptonproducts.com customers only.

 

Terms and Conditions

  1. All returns and replacements must be accompanied by a Krypton RMA number.
  2. Returns without a valid RMA number will not be credited.
  3. Please ship your product back within 5 days of receiving an RMA number. Krypton is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. For added security, please secure a tracking number once shipped.
  4. Returns must be in original packaging including all product contents, along with a copy of the purchase receipt. Incomplete returns will not be accepted.
  5. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
